Yeah, I am back....Again....I am no longer 210 lbs. I am more like 220. Nothing really seems to keep me on track, so I thought if I came back here and documented my struggle, I might try a little harder to stay on track.I am not sure what I am going to do - exercising and keeping a food journal are at the top of the list. It's time to do really do something and get healthy for my family.
